Eye-antennal disc clones expressing TacedsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU do not show overgrowth compared with controls.

When driven by Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 no detectable phenotypes are seen.

Expression of TacedsRNA.Scer\UAS suppresses the small eye phenotype seen when egrScer\UAS.cIa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU.

Expression of TacedsRNA.Scer\UAS enhances the hanging eye phenotype seen when egrScer\UAS.cIa and bskDN.Scer\UAS are co-expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU. The majority of these triple mutant animals die in late pupal stages and show a ring of necrotic tissue around the eyes.

Expression of TacedsRNA.Scer\UAS suppresses the overgrowth seen in eye-antennal disc clones expressing Ras85DV12.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU. The phenotype is further suppressed when the adjacent cells are homozygous mutant for Tak11.
