      Conditional expression of Rac1V12.C40.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 (using tub-Gal80[ts] to limit the expression to the adult stage) does not significantly alter 3 hr memory of adult flies in an aversive olfactory memory assay compared to controls

      In Rac1V12.C40.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC; Scer\GAL4elav.PLu embryos, intersegmental nerve (ISN) axons are normal, but segmental nerve (SN)b axons (abdominal posterior fascicle), completely fail to emerge from the CNS, and SNa axons (abdominal posterior fascicle) that exit the CNS stall prematurely.
