Expression of HGTXScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 has no effect on embryonic lateral fd59A[+] neurons, but occasional extra medial fd59A neurons are seen.

A lineage 3 postembryonic neuroblast clone expressing HGTXScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 and examined at the third larval instar stage contains the 3il axon bundle, but lacks the 3id bundle normally produced by this lineage in 40% of cases, and has a reduced 3id bundle in the remainder.

The overall pattern and thickness of ventral motor axon projections (including ISNb) is normal in HGTXScer\UAS.cBa(x2); Scer\GAL4elav.PLu embryos. However, a significant proportion of ISNb axons in the embryos have overgrowth phenotypes such as an expanded terminal arbor or excessive axonal branching and extension and fusion across the segment boundary of adjacent segments.
