Statement
Reference
Expression of the Hsap\PLCD1βTub85D.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP transgene causes a dramatic cytokinesis defect, with 47.8-72% of spermatids containing multiple nuclei. The majority of the multinucleate cells contain three or four nuclei.
