Discoverer
	Donor template that contains a 4.7kb genomic fragment which includes 1.8kb of SMC2, all of Ercc1 and Ciao1 and the 5' end of HPS. 2bp have been inserted into the Ercc1 sequence to generate a frameshift at codon 96, upstream of the most highly conserved region (this 2bp insertion also generates a XhoI site). A Scer\SceI.RS site has been inserted 569bp downstream of the XhoI site, within the Ercc1 3' untranslated region. (Radford et al., 2005)
