Optogenetic activation (using Cnoc\ChR1::Csub\ChRCsChrimson.IVS.20xUAS.Venus with 637 nm (red) light) of Scer\GAL4Or59b.PC cells in flying adults significantly increases attraction to an air stream or an odor stream, compared to controls.
