      Inhibition (using Ctet\tetXTNT-LC.UAS) of Scer\GAL4Or59b.PC cells, or the combination of Scer\GAL4Or59b.PC, Scer\GAL4Or92a.PF and Scer\GAL4Or85d.PC cells, in flying adults does not substantially affect odor stream avoidance and attraction, compared to controls.

      Optogenetic activation (using Cnoc\ChR1::Csub\ChRCsChrimson.IVS.20xUAS.Venus with 637 nm (red) light) of Scer\GAL4Or59b.PC cells in flying adults significantly increases attraction to an air stream or an odor stream, compared to controls.
