Expression of tldScer\UAS.cHa in the wing, driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32, often leads to expanded posterior crossvein material and the detachment of the posterior crossvein from L5. Expression of this transgene under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 causes a detached posterior crossvein from L5 in 16% of wings. Overexpression driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E causes the widening or absence of the posterior crossvein.
tldUAS.cHa/Scer\GAL4elav.PLu is a non-suppressor of abnormal neuroanatomy phenotype of tokK788/tokD427
Scer\GAL4A9, tldUAS.cHa has posterior crossvein phenotype, enhanceable by Scer\GAL4A9/tokUAS.cSa.Tag:HA
tldUAS.cHa/Scer\GAL4elav.PLu is a non-suppressor of embryonic/larval neuromuscular junction phenotype of tokK788/tokD427
Scer\GAL4A9/tldUAS.cHa is a non-suppressor of crossvein phenotype of tokΔ2-41/tokE1
tldUAS.cHa/Scer\GAL4da.G32 is a non-suppressor of crossvein phenotype of tokΔ2-41/tokE1
Co-overexpression of tldScer\UAS.cHa and tokScer\UAS.cSa, under the control of Scer\GAL4A9, leads to an increased penetrance and severity of the posterior crossvein phenotype compared to expression of tldScer\UAS.cHa alone. Expression of tldScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4A9 fails to rescue the posterior crossvein phenotype of tokΔ2-41/tokE1 mutants.
