Scer\GAL4He.PZ-driven expression of Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS induces increase in the number of circulating hemocytes in third instar larvae relative to controls.

Expression of Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut.PD leads to excessive growth of neuromuscular junctions (increased NMJ area, length of the longest branch as well as the number of boutons) and slightly decreased crawling speed in third instar larvae.

Embryos expressing Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL469B demonstrate over-elongated dorsal trunks.

Only one or two bristles are seen in adult eyes of flies expressing Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF. There is a severe degeneration of ommatidial cell arrangement in animals expressing Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

Expression of Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in enhanced cell death posterior to the morphogenetic furrow compared to controls.

Expression of Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB during pupal development reduces rhabdomere size and causes proliferation of abnormal cytoplasmic vesicles in the photoreceptor cells. In addition, these cells lack multivesicular bodies. Expression of Rab11N124I.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB inhibits endocytosis in Garland cells (as shown by a failure to take up avidin).
