Detailed Description
	Statement Reference The arrangement of microtubules in cp309^unspecified mutants is not grossly perturbed, and anaphase cells usually have a normal arrangement of microtubules and chromosomes. Most prophase and metaphase mutant cells also have a normal arrangement of microtubules and chromosomes, although there is a modest increase in the number of cells that have at least one clearly disorganised spindle pole or that are more severely disorganised. Compared with controls, cp309^unspecified mutant cells do not have a higher level of either polyploidy/aneuploidy during metaphase or lagging chromosomes during anaphase. (Martinez-Campos et al., 2004)
