Expression of babob.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 rescues the photoreceptor axon targeting defects and small brain phenotype of babo26/babo52 mutants.

Co-expression of both baboa.Scer\UAS and babob.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH or Scer\GAL4repo does not rescue the photoreceptor axon targeting defects of babo26/babo32 mutants.

Co-expression of both baboa.Scer\UAS and babob.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL41407 or Scer\GAL4wor.PA rescues the brain size and photoreceptor axon targeting defects of babo26/babo32 mutants.

Expression of babob.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Tab2-201Y in babo9 dorsal cluster neuron clones provides a significant but incomplete rescue of dorsal cluster neuron defects. However, expression of this transgene in γ neurons fails to rescue mushroom body remodelling defects.
