Expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] under the control of Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] results in wing overgrowth.
Expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] (together with Dcr-2[Scer\UAS.cDa]) using Scer\GAL4[nub-AC-62] results in overgrown wings.
Expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] under the control of Scer\GAL4[tub] has no effect on planar cell polarity in the adult abdomen.
Expression of dScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub results in increased wing size and crossvein abnormalities and also induces tissue outgrowth in the leg.

Expression of Tao[Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Zzzz\FLAG] reduces the wing overgrowth seen when d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4[en-e16E].
The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4[nub-AC-62]-mediated expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] (together with Dcr-2[Scer\UAS.cDa]) is suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EF[NIG.32018R]. Over-expression of Zyx102EF[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] (together with Dcr-2[Scer\UAS.cDa]) using Scer\GAL4[nub-AC-62] synergizes with d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] over-expression to result in enhanced wing overgrowth in adult flies.
Co-expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] and app[RA.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[tub] results in planar cell polarity defects in the adult abdomen. The PCP defects that are seen between distal veins L4 and L5 in app[e6] mutants are rescued on the dorsal surface by expression of d[Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ap-md544].

Comments
Expression of dScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6 under the control of Scer\GAL4tub provides significant rescue of the wing and leg phenotypes of dGC13 mutants.
