What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release.
It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other
FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled
vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Coexpression of DAAMScer\UAS.P\T.cMa and DAAMC.Scer\UAS.P\T, under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS, causes a suppression of the Scer\GAL4btl.PS/DAAMC.Scer\UAS.P\T phenotype in regular tracheal cells but not in fusion cells. | |||

Complementation & Rescue Data
| |||
| Rescues | |||
| Partially rescues | |||
| Comments | The CNS defects revealed in DAAM[Ex68]/DAAM[Ex1] mutants are fully rescued when DAAM[Scer\UAS.P\T.cMa] is expressed under the control of the pan-neuronal Scer\GAL4[elav-C155] or the ubiquitous Scer\GAL4[Act5C.PI] driver. Expression of DAAMScer\UAS.P\T.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS rescues the tracheal phenotype of DAAMEx68 mutants. | ||
