Expression of wndScer\UAS.cCa in C4 da neurons, under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, results in dramatic overgrowth of the presynaptic arbors.

Expression of wndScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4BG380 has no effect on maximum bouton diameter at the larval neuromuscular junction.

Expression of wndScer\UAS.cCa under the control of either Scer\GAL4NP4132 or Scer\GAL4NP7175 (limited to 4 days using Scer\GAL80ts.╬▒Tub84B) results in enhanced long term memory formation compared with controls. Learning is unaffected. The morphology of the mushroom body is unaffected.

Expression of wndScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified in a hiwunspecified background causes embryonic lethality.
