Larvae expressing Arp2GD14716 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ubi have neuromuscular junction (NMJ) defects. The number of type Ib boutons per NMJ and the number of axonal branch points per NMJ are significantly reduced compared to controls.

Larvae expressing Arp2GD14716 under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 show a significant reduction in the number of type Ib boutons per NMJ compared to controls, but the number of axonal branch points per NMJ is not significantly affected.

The average speed of migration of third instar larvae expressing Arp2GD14716 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ubi is significantly reduced compared to wild type.
