Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Overexpression of mwh[GD8165] via Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] results in wing hair abnormalities.
Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in a colour difference between the central Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain of the notum and the surrounding lateral region in 0% or 30-40% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain, depending on the insertion line used. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in bristle morphology defects on the notum in 0% or 20-30% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain, depending on the insertion line used.
Flies expressing mwh[GD8165] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] have a multiple wing hair phenotype.
Expression of mwh[GD8165] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ap-md544] results in a multiple wing hair phenotype.

Co-expression of gish[Scer\UAS.RB.T:Hsap\MYC] with mwh[GD8165] via Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] suppresses the mwh[GD8165]-induced wing hair phenotype. Co-expression of gish[D187N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] with mwh[GD8165] via Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] fails to suppress the mwh[GD8165]-induced wing hair phenotype. Co-expression of gish[Scer\UAS.RF.T:Hsap\MYC] with mwh[GD8165] via Scer\GAL4[en-e16E] fails to suppress the mwh[GD8165]-induced wing hair phenotype.
