Detailed Description
	Statement Reference The posterior compartment of the pupal wing does not undergo pigmentation in the presence of dopamine in an in vitro melanisation assay (in contrast to wild type) in animals expressing laccase2[GD12744] under the control of Scer\GAL4[en-e16E]. (Riedel et al., 2011) Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in a colour difference between the central Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain of the notum and the surrounding lateral region in 100% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in bristle morphology defects on the notum in 100% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain. (Mummery-Widmer et al., 2009)
