Flies expressing the P{GD11100}v40480 insertion of P{GD11100} under the control of Scer\GAL4^nos.PG are female fertile, whereas those expressing the P{GD11100}v40479 insertion are sterile.

(Czech et al., 2013)

Adults expressing arx^GD11100 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
