Statement Reference Expression of pgant5[GD903] under the control of Scer\GAL4[αTub84B.PL] results in complete loss of viability.
Expression of pgant5[GD903] in the digestive system under the control of Scer\GAL4[c135] results in complete lethality.
Expression of pgant5[GD903] in the embryonic mesoderm under the control of Scer\GAL4[c179] results in complete lethality.
Expression of pgant5[GD903] in the respiratory system under the control of Scer\GAL4[btl.PS] results in lethality.
The digestive tracts of larvae expressing pgant5[GD903] under the control of Scer\GAL4[c135] show an unusually basic pH compared with controls.
Wild-type copper cells display abundant O-glycoproteins throughout the apical and luminal region of copper cells. Larvae expressing pgant5[c03193] under the control of Scer\GAL4[c135] display a dramatic loss O-glycosylation normally found on copper cells and apical cytoskeletal abnormalities.
Expression of pgant5[GD903] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Bx-MS1096] does not result in wing blistering. | |||
