Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Cells expressing sds22[GD11788] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc are basally extruded and migrate away from the Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] expression domain into the posterior compartment (in contrast to controls, where the cells form a cohesive stripe in the Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] expression domain). This results in abnormal apical folding of the disc epithelium along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary.
Cells in small clones in the follicular epithelium expressing sds22[GD11788] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act] have a rounded appearance.
Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in bristle morphology defects on the notum in 20-30% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] expression domain. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237] results in the absence of 80-90% of the Scer\GAL4[pnr-MD237]-expressing area of the notum.

The cell invasion and abnormal folding phenotypes seen in cells expressing sds22[GD11788] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc are suppressed if the cells are also co-expressing sqh[GD1695]. The cell invasion phenotype seen in cells expressing sds22[GD11788] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc is suppressed if the cells are also co-expressing puc[Scer\UAS.cMa], but the abnormal apical folding phenotype is not suppressed. The cell invasion phenotype seen in cells expressing sds22[GD11788] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ptc-559.1] along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc is largely suppressed if the cells are also co-expressing Timp[Scer\UAS.cPa], but the abnormal apical folding phenotype is not suppressed.
