Description

Nucleotide substitution: A311G.

The genomic tim promoter drives expression of a mutated tim cDNA, in which the ATG start codon at position 311-313 is mutated to GGG so that only the long tim isoform can be expressed from this transgene. This construct is modified from the timmTim4 construct; a SwaI-KpnI fragment containing the mutated cDNA has replaced the SwaI-KpnI fragment of timmTim4.

Nucleotide substitution: T312G.
