Description

Three copies of the Imp-binding elements (IBEs) which are present in the osk 3' UTR are mutated from TTTAC/T to TTgAC/T in an otherwise wild-type genomic osk fragment. The three copies that are mutated are IBEs 11-13 in the 3' UTR (numbering from the site most proximal to osk stop codon).
