Scer\GAL4He.PZ-driven expression of Rab7Q67L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP induces moderate increase in the number of circulating hemocytes in third instar larvae relative to controls.

The expression of Rab7Q67L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 has no obvious effect on the adult wing morphology, as compared to control.

Expression of Rab7Q67L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4CY2 does not change the average lysosome size as compared to wild-type.

Expression of Rab7Q67L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4eg-Mz360 does not affect extension of the commissural axons in the embryo and the central nervous system forms normally.

Expression of Rab7Q67L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4eg-Mz360 results in an increase in vesicle size in commissural neurons.
