Flies with overexpression of Rab11Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP driven ubiquitously by Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL are healthy and fertile.

Expression of Rab11Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PT does not result in light-dependent retinal degeneration (flies raised under 12 hour light/12 our dark conditions show a normal electroretinogram amplitude at 3 weeks of age).

Expression of Rab11Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU does not lead to an increase in the frequency of bristle twinning on the adult thorax, as compared to controls.

Expression via Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in flies with a wild type notum.
