Expression of Rab11Q70L.UASp.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Alp4-c507 leads to an increase in the axonal branching of the R-neurons (specifically in R2 neurons) in the ellipsoid body.

Expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP in the posterior compartment of the wing via Scer\GAL4en-e16E at 29[o]C results in multiple trichomes.

Expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PT does not result in light-dependent retinal degeneration (flies raised under 12 hour light/12 our dark conditions show a normal electroretinogram amplitude at 3 weeks of age).

Bristle morphogenesis is not affected by expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU.

Expression via Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in flies with a wild type notum, apart from a single fly with cleft thorax.

gishe01759 dominantly enhances the wing hair phenotype resulting from the expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP via Scer\GAL4en-e16E.

Co-expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP and gishGD10588 via Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in a strong enhancement of the wing hair phenotype compared with that resulting from the expression of either transgene alone.

Co-expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP weakly suppresses the uninflated wing phenotype of Scer\GAL4Ccap.PP, OsbpScer\UAS.cMa flies.

The reduction in amplitude and in the size of the "on" and "off" transients of the electroretinogram that is seen in 3 week old flies containing homozygous CragC clones in the eye when they are raised under 12 hour light/12 hour dark conditions is partially suppressed by expression of Rab11Q70L.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH. Rhabdomere morphology is also better preserved in these animals compared to flies containing homozygous CragC clones in the eye in an otherwise wild-type background.
