      Adult hemocytes expressing Rab14S49N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ show slower maturation of phagosomes containing pHrodo-conjugated S. aureus compared to wild-type controls.

      Adults expressing Rab14S49N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ or Scer\GAL4Act.PU show significantly decreased survival compared to controls after injection with S. aureus.
