Expression of Frq1DN.Scer\UAS results in an increase in the total area of the larval neuromuscular junction compared to wild type.

The amplitude of the evoked excitatory junctional potential (EJP) at the neuromuscular junction is decreased compared to wild type in larvae expressing Frq1DN.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4D42.

Flies expressing Frq1DN.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 show a significant reduction in walking speed and in average distance walked in Buridan's paradigm.
