Expression of AbiScer\UAS.T:Myr1 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E in the posterior compartment of the third larval instar wing disc stimulates F-actin formation at the expense of the free G-actin pool.

Expression of AbiScer\UAS.T:Myr1 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in extra bristles on the notum. The flies have extra notopleural bristles.

Expression of AbiScer\UAS.T:Myr1 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in the formation of additional sensory organ precursor cells in the wing imaginal disc.

The extra notopleural bristles induced by expression of AbiScer\UAS.T:Myr1 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 can be partially suppressed by WASp3, but are not suppressed by SCARΔ37.
