      Ovarian expression of SxlMS11.ORF2.Scer\UASp.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG leads to largely normal cyst proliferation in most germaria. Only in a very small number of germaria (approximately 25%) do germline stem cells or cystoblasts appear to be slightly overproliferated, as indicated by the number of fusomes.
