Sodium conductance (INa) is significantly reduced in homozygous larvae compared to controls (measured from aCC or RP2 neurons) at 16, 22 and 28[o]C. The reduction is more marked at 16[o]C than 18[o]C.
At 25oC females behave normally, males walk in a reeling manner, fall over frequently and are unable to fly.
