      Aats-prodsRNA.Scer\UAS.NIG clones in fat bodies from well-fed early third instar larvae (generated using Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP) accumulate lysosomes, as indicated by elevated LysoTracker staining, and comprise small cells with small nuclei.
