Comments

The abnormal chromatin morphology seen in the nurse cells of Ppcs1 homozygous stage 6-8 egg chambers is rescued by PpcsUbi.T:Zzzz\FLAG, although 11.1% of the rescued egg chambers have more than 15 nurse cell nuclei.

PpcsUbi.T:Zzzz\FLAG suppresses the ectopic wing vein and ectopic scutellar bristle phenotype of Ppcs1 homozygotes.

PpcsUbi.T:Zzzz\FLAG rescues the impaired locomotor phenotype, decreased lifespan, sensitivity to irradiation and decreased levels of triglycerides of Ppcs1 homozygotes.
