Expressing htsKK101849 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ugt36A1.PU results in a progressive decrease in the number of adult pericardial nephrocytes. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.PU does not induce obvious cardiac defects (heart period, cardiac output, arrhythmia index, diastolic and systolic diameter, and fractional shortening).

Larval garland nephrocytes expressing htsKK101849 under the control of Scer\GAL4pros.PMG frequently show a discontinuous slit diaphragm.

The expression of htsKK101849 under the control of Scer\GAL4c564 has no obvious affect on the inflammatory response to Gram-positive bacterial infection or under basal conditions, as compared to controls.

The expression of htsKK101849 under the control of Scer\GAL4221, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in third instar larval class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaD and ddaE neurons exhibiting dendrite branch misrouting, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in third instar larval class IV abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting abnormal dendritic terminals, as compared to controls.
