The co-expression of MycKK103869 moderately suppresses the adult lethality of individuals expressing bratGD7073 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4wor.PA, Scer\GAL80ase.PN.

Larval brains expressing MycKK103869 under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 exhibit a significant decrease in the numbers of immature and mature secondary neuroblasts per type II neuroblast lineage, as compared to controls.

The expression of MycKK103869 under the control of Scer\GAL4E(spl)m6-BFM.PF leads to significantly decreased numbers of abdominal lateral, dorsal and ventral adult muscle precursor cells in third instar larvae, as compared to controls.

Expression of MycKK103869 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in male flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of MycKK103869 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in female flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.
