Expression of Cyp303a1KK105532 under the constitutive control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL (alone or in combination with Dicer-2 which enhances the phenotype) leads to partial embryonic lethality when compared to controls. Among the survivors, some fail to escape from the puparium and die, whereas others are able to escape from the puparium, but unable to spread the wings and die within three hours after adult emergence when compared to controls.
Expression of Cyp303a1KK105532 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 but not Scer\GAL4c601, Scer\GAL4Cg.PA, Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ, Scer\GAL4ppl.PP, Scer\GAL4btl.PS, Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR, Scer\GAL460IIA, Scer\GAL4phm.PO, Scer\GAL4Aug21 or Scer\GAL4Akh.PL leads to defects in wing extension when compared to controls.
Temporally restricted expression of Cyp303a1KK105532 under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL (in combination with tub-Gal80[ts]) leads to animals deficient in eclosion or wing expansion when the expression is restricted to whole pupal stage or different intervals during pupal development (starting at 48 h, 96 h, 144 h after puparium formation (APF) until reaching adulthood) while it leads to viable animals with no visible phenotypes when the expression is restricted to whole embryonic stages, whole larval stages or the pupal interval -192 APF to adulthood- when compared to controls.
