Expression of Ras85DKK108029 (driven by Scer\GAL4Dll-md23) in type II neuroblast lineage MARCM clones has no significant effect on the clone size or the number of progenitor cells it contains in third instar larvae.

Expression of Ras85DKK108029 under the control of Scer\GAL4phm.PO significantly reduces the circadian rhythmicity of adult emergence after transfer to constant darkness, compared to controls.

The expression of Ras85DKK108029 under the control of Scer\GAL4c564 has no obvious affect on the inflammatory response to Gram-positive bacterial infection or under basal conditions, as compared to controls.

Expression of Ras85DKK108029 in the posterior wing compartment, under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E, generates a wing vein differentiation phenotype.

The overgrowth and increased number of progenitor cells characteristic for cnoR2;scrib1 clones is significantly suppressed by Scer\GAL4Dll-md23-driven expression of Ras85DKK108029 in the mutant clones.

Knockdown of Ras85D in a stepdsRNA.Scer\UAS background, through expression of Ras85DKK108029 in the posterior wing compartment (both transgenes under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E) generates a more severe Ras85D phenotype than in a wild-type background. The lateral vein L4 is entirely lost, both cross veins are not differentiated and the distal end of the lateral vein L5 is missing.

Expression of stepScer\UAS.FL suppresses the wing vein defects caused by expression of Ras85DKK108029 in the posterior compartment of the wing, under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E.
