Expressing Rab11KK108297 under the control of Scer\GAL4C587 results in dissociated somatic cells and ectopic early germline cells in L3 male gonads.

Expression of Rab11KK108297 under the control of CtxGlia-SplitGal4 (Hsim\VP16AD.nrv2 and Scer\GAL4DBD.wrapper.932i) leads to an altered cortex glial morphology in third instar larvae when compared to controls.

Scer\GAL4tj-NP1624-mediated expression results in the transformation of the normal germline cyst epithelial monolayer into two or more cell layers.

Expression of Rab11KK108297 under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 (in combination with a Gal80[ts] transgene to restrict expression to the adult stage) results in significantly increased numbers of mitotic cells in the midgut, and cell non-autonomously leads to an increased number of cells in the intestinal stem cell-enteroblast nests, as compared to controls.
