Expression of Skp2^KK108837 (co-expressed with Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa) under the control of either Scer\GAL4^en-e16E or Scer\GAL4^nub-AC-62 leads to a wing hair spacing phenotype. The space between wing hairs becomes larger, with irregular orientation and frequent clustering of wing hairs.

Expression of Skp2^KK108837 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH results in a rough eye phenotype.

Expression of Skp2^KK108837 (co-expressed with Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa) under the control of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E at 29[o]C results in reduced wing disc cell density compared to controls.

Wing disc clones expressing Skp2^GD5142 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PP contain fewer cells than wild type, containing on average 53 cells compared to 143 in the controls.
