Expression of Skp2KK108837 (co-expressed with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) under the control of either Scer\GAL4en-e16E or Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 leads to a wing hair spacing phenotype. The space between wing hairs becomes larger, with irregular orientation and frequent clustering of wing hairs.

Expression of Skp2KK108837 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in a rough eye phenotype.

Expression of Skp2KK108837 (co-expressed with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E at 29[o]C results in reduced wing disc cell density compared to controls.

Wing disc clones expressing Skp2GD5142 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP contain fewer cells than wild type, containing on average 53 cells compared to 143 in the controls.
