The expression of Tnpo^KK108990 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH induces a small, rough eye. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^nub.PK induces severe haltere and wing defects, namely a rudimentary wing. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH induces morphological defects. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^ninaE.PU leads to mild electroretinogram defects.
