Detailed Description

The expression of cacJF02572 under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 leads to a prevalent border cell cluster disassociation phenotype, as well as border cell migration delay in some egg chamber.

The expression of cacJF02572 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR75C05 does not lead to third instar larval locomotor defects in crawling assays, as compared to controls.

cacJF02572 driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not cause temperature-sensitive phenotypes (no spontaneous seizure-like behaviors or paralysis at 38C).

Genetic Interactions
Statement

cacJF02572 driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155 partially suppresses bang sensitivity (reduces behavioral paralysis) in parabss1/Y or eas2/Y flies at room temperature. Driving cacJF02572 with Scer\GAL4Gad1.PU or Scer\GAL4ChAT.PU also suppresses bang sensitivity in eas2/Y flies to a lesser extent.
