Expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP,T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] does not result in any obvious eye overgrowth. Clones in the wing disc expressing yki[Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP,T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act5C.PI] show irregular shapes and are normal in size.

Co-expression of hipk[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] and yki[Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP,T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[hh-Gal4] enhances the wing disc overgrowth seen when either construct is expressed alone.
Clones co-expressing hpo[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] and yki[Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP,T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act5C.PI] in the wing disc are tiny and rarely detected.
