Expressing ykiUAS.cOa.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 has no effect on the size of the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc in third instar larvae.

The expression of ykiScer\UAS.cOa.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4rn-GAL4, in combination with gal80[ts] to induce expression for 20h in third instar larvae, results in wing discs with hyperplasia but without epithelial cell polarity defects, as compared to controls.

Expressing ykiUAS.cOa.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 results in a significant increase in volume in the central nervous system of third instar larvae.
