Statement Reference Expression of yki[S111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] produces enlarged and irregular eyes.
Wing disc clones expressing yki[S111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Scer\FRT.Act5C] induce mild growth enhancement. Expression of yki[S111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] results in an increase in the size of the eye and the eye is mostly flat.
Expression of yki[S111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] under the control of Scer\GAL4[sd-SG29.1] results in low viability and distorted wings.
Clones in the wing disc expressing yki[S111A.S250A.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act5C.PI] are rounder than normal. | |||
