What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release.
It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other
FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled
vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

| Nature of the lesion | Statement Reference Homologous recombination at the Cyp4d21 locus, using P{FRT(Cyp4d21[Scer\SceI.RS.cFa])} as the donor template, has resulted in a mutation in which the 58bp region starting at position -5 (relative to the translational start site) has been replaced with a w marker. | ||

Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Homozygous mutant males have a normal courtship index, but there is a significant increase in the fraction of homozygous males that do not mate compared to control males.
Locomotion, taste preference, longevity and viability are normal in homozygous males. | |||
