Expression of sdGA.UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF leads to an increase in eye size when compared to controls.

Expressing sdGA.UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 stimulates tissue overgrowth in the wing disc, impairs wing pouch formation and results in a significant expansion of the ptc-positive anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc in third instar larvae.

An increased number of intestinal stem cells (ISCs) and enteroblasts are seen in the posterior midguts of adult flies expressing sdGA.Scer\UAS.T:Scer\GAL4-GAD.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP5130. The number of mitotic cells is also increased but intestinal hyperplasia is not seen.

Expression of sdGA.Scer\UAS.T:Scer\GAL4-GAD under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in an overgrown eye phenotype.
