Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Statement

Expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] results in an enlarged eye phenotype.
Expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] induces little, if any, overgrowth of adult eyes.

Statement
Reference
Co-expression of either 14-3-3ζ[VDRC.cUa] or 14-3-3ε[dsRNA.Scer\UAS] enhances the eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF]. The ability of 14-3-3ε[dsRNA.Scer\UAS] to enhance the eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] is significantly suppressed by co-expression of 14-3-3ζ[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1]. The ability of 14-3-3ζ[VDRC.cUa] to enhance the eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] is significantly suppressed by co-expression of 14-3-3ε[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1]. The eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] is enhanced by 14-3-3ε[j2B10]/+ and by 14-3-3ζ[12BL]/+. Co-expression of either 14-3-3ε[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1], 14-3-3ζ[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] or both 14-3-3ε[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] and 14-3-3ζ[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] together suppresses the eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF].
