Flies carrying clones expressing SkpAHM05185 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in the Johnston's organ display detached scolopidia phenotype.

Expression of SkpAHM05185 in the fat body under the control of Scer\GAL4DcG results in significant hyperglycaemia.

Scer\GAL4sd.PU-mediated expression of SkpAHM05185 substantially reduces wing size.

Scer\GAL4sd.PU- or Scer\GAL4en.PU-mediated expression of SkpAHM05185 strongly induces cell death in wing discs.

Expression of skpAHM05185 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG produces dendrite pruning defects in ddaC neurons at 16 hours after puparium formation. No difference is seen at the white prepupal stage.
