The phenotype is less severe when the clones are generated in the entire eye disc than when the clones are surrounded by wild type cells in mosaic clones, and yields viable adults. The adult flies co-expressing domeJF01682 have a smaller eye size than those expressing Ras85DV12.Scer\UAS alone.
