The expression of HrsJF02860 under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 leads to adult wings presenting an upward curvature.
Expression of HrsJF02860 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in somatic clones induced specifically in the eye results in moderately reduced adult eye size compared to controls.
Knockdown of HrsJF02860 driven in the class IV dendritic arborizing sensory neuron ddaC by Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 leads to mild disruptions in pruning at 18hr after puparium formation, with minor delay and clearance defects.
Expression of HrsJF02860 under the control of Scer\GAL4SPARC-MI00329-GAL4 does not result in melanisation of the fat body.
