Comment:

A deletion resulting from imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}ApepPEY02585 insertion. Mapped and reported as extending from 151 bp downstream of the ApepP start codon to 478bp downstream of the predicted CG4841 start codon (CG4841 now corresponds to the 3' region of tweek). The reported size of the deletion is 1542bp, which does not match the 1155bp mapped size. 7 bp of P-element vector sequence remain at the excision site.
