Adults expressing Inx3HM05245 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU leads to no significant defects in electroretinogram ON and OFF transients upon light stimulation, as compared to controls.

Expression of Inx3HM05245 under the control of Scer\GAL4tj.PU does not disrupt spermatogenesis or sterility.
